Meet The Team
LO NIGROSH, IBCLC, CBE, Doula (Owner)
Lo Nigrosh is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) based in Athol, Massachusetts, providing evidence-based breastfeeding and lactation support for issues such as painful latch, tongue and lip ties, low milk supply, oversupply, pumping and flange fitting, combo feeding, prenatal education, and returning to work. Lo is LGBTQ+ affirming and offers support to all family structures with compassion, practical education, and validation—helping parents feel confident whether they are breastfeeding, pumping, or doing both. Lo also speaks Spanish and has extensive experience working with bilingual families.
Lo offers home visits within about an hour of Athol—including North Central MA, Central MA, Worcester, Western MA, Southern VT, Southern NH, and the Keene area—with frequent visits in Northampton, Amherst, and Greenfield. She accepts Aetna, Cigna, UHC, UMR, Tricare, and offers MassHealth postpartum lactation support, plus superbills for reimbursement with other insurers. Virtual lactation consults are available to families outside her travel radius.
Sara Seligman- Intern
Sara is completing her clinical training to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), working alongside Lo Nigrosh as she completes the 500 clinical hours required for board certification.
With a background in education, pastoral care, and social justice, and as a parent to three children—including twins born prematurely—Sara brings both professional skill and personal experience to her work. Her own breastfeeding challenges inspired her passion for supporting families with compassion, encouragement, and evidence-based care.
Sara is excited to walk alongside parents as they navigate the joys and challenges of feeding and caring for their babies.

While these specialties reflect areas of lactation difficulty that she has sought out due to community need and her own interests, she gladly helps her clients with anything related to childbirth and lactation.
